Our office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Sunday. Our office is monitored 24/7 for security purposes.

We prioritize the safety of your belongings with advanced security measures, including 24/7 CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and secure access controls. There is comprehensive secured electronic gate access to the building and lift floor access. Fire Monitoring System and smoke detection system in place. Security patrols on a nightly basis and able to react to any alarm activations.

We offer a variety of storage box sizes which can be directly ordered online. We can also provide free quotes to accommodate all your specific storage needs.

Payments can be made online through our secure payment portal. We accept all major credit cards, as well as direct bank transfers.

You can book your pickup date and delivery dates for your existing order online, providing flexibility at your convenience.

The minimum rental period for our storage units is one month.

For safety and legal reasons, you cannot store hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable goods, living things, or illegal substances.

The quoted price includes the standard rental fee plus GST, with no hidden costs. If you need to buy a box from us, each cost $5 (Delivery fee inclusive). We also provide pickup or delivery service at $7 each.

We offer moving and transportation services to assist with your storage needs. Contact our office to arrange for these services.

Yes, our storage units are available to anyone in need of space. Whether for personal or business use, our facility offers flexible and secure solutions to meet your storage needs. Our unlimited access policy makes it an ideal choice for various purposes.

We offer long-term storage discounts: 10% off for a year’s storage and 5% off for a half-year’s storage. We also provide the best price offer for students, which can be directly ordered online. Additionally, we periodically offer discounts and promotions. Please check our website or contact our office for the latest deals.

We require 2 week’s written notice of your intention to vacate. Notice can be given via e-mail: service@easycitystorage.co.nz

While we do everything we can to protect your goods, we recommend that you insure your goods. We advise that you contact your insurance company to discuss this.

Rent is paid in advance. If the Customer is in arrears of the hire charge for one calendar month, Easy City Storage shall have a lien over all stored items. Whilst we will do everything to prevent this, you should contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.
